As a key event sanctioned by the Northern California Junior Rodeo Association, we showcase young talent, ages 6 to 18, in America’s original extreme sport. These athletes dazzle with their skills, strength, and horsemanship, embodying the spirit of Western heritage, sportsmanship, and hard work.
The rodeo, hosted by the Mounted Patrol of San Mateo County, goes beyond thrilling competitions. Our 23-acre grounds transform into a 4th of July family paradise with concessions, a petting zoo, pony rides, mechanical bull rides, and vendors – a true community festivity.
